Customer Care is CPI SAT's initiative to provide superior customer satisfaction in all areas of its operations. CPI SAT's Customer Care team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to assist you with finding the right answers to your questions about our products and services.

Returns: All returned products and materials require a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number before CPI SAT can accept your shipment.

In addition to providing the RMA number, CPI SAT will inform you of possible evaluation charges for non-warranty item, and provide detailed instructions for methods of packing and shipping your returned items. For international customers, CPI SAT also requires that your U.S. Export license be current prior to shipment of your RMA items.
Spares: CPI SAT maintains a wide inventory of spare parts to support your needs. Contact your local representative.
Maintenance Agreements: CPI offers Product Maintenance Agreements, which can be customized to meet your individual requirements. Agreements can include installation, maintenance and emergency provisions.
Onsite Installation Assistance: CPI offers customer onsite installation assistance.
Training: CPI SAT offers training classes at several of its locations or at the customer's site. Classes include: operating instruction and periodic maintenance, board level replacement and troubleshooting of antenna systems.
